Bar Las Brisas Review

This quintessential beach bar is a shack with a covered deck and a view of the entire sweep of Playa Potrero. From a nearby souvenir stand, wind chimes tinkle in the constant breeze. The kitchen went quite upscale—and pricier—recently, serving up fresh seafood adorned with trendy sauces. But you can't beat the basic fish tacos, which are outstanding. Wednesday is ladies' night, when the joint really jumps and a DJ plays dance music. The place is decorated with old surfboards, rusty U.S. license plates, and wall murals. It's open noon to 9 or 10 daily.

    great place to relax and have an imperal

    this is one of my favorite places in costa rica i make it a point to visit bar las brisas each time i am in costa rica no matter where i am staying. i love the chicken wings, imperal beer and just the relax atmosphere. i have traveled the last 10 years to costa rica and look forward to my visit at las brisas.
