Rancho Curubandé Lodge Review

Convenient to both Rincón de la Vieja and Santa Rosa National Park, these very affordable, equipped bungalows and modern rooms are part of a working farm owned by a Costa Rican family. The tidy, two-bedroom bungalows have modern comforts, including hot water; the 16 spacious motel-style rooms have air-conditioning plus a view of the volcano from a deck under a giant Guanacaste tree. The breakfast buffet ($7) is not included in the rate. There's a small indoor gym with exercise machines.

    Hotel Details

  • 16 rooms, 2 villas.
  • Rate includes no meals.
