Northern Plains Restaurants

De Lucía Review

Cordial Chilean owner José Belmar is the walking, talking (in five languages) menu here, and he's always on hand to chat with guests. The handsome wooden restaurant with red mahogany tables is given a distinct South American flavor by an array of Andean tapestries and ceramics. Entrées include sea bass with garlic sauce and orange chicken served with grilled vegetables and fried plantains. An excellent dessert choice is tres leches (three milks), a richer-than-rich cake.
