Trapp Family Lodge Review

The closest lodge to the Monteverde reserve has enormous rooms, with wood paneled walls and ceilings, marvelously crafted wood furniture, balconies, and lovely views from most. The woodsy style is appropriate, as the lodge is surrounded by trees, just a 10-minute walk from the park entrance. The friendly Chilean owners are always around to provide personalized service. Other than a small hutlike enclosure near the entrance, the entire property is nonsmoking.
