The Springs Resort & Spa Review

Near-perfect volcano views from individual balconies, a pretty hot-springs complex, and dark wood, rustically elegant furnishings all contribute to a sense of well-being at this luxurious and remote retreat. The sky is the limit in furnishings (and price) as you work your way up to the suites and villas—additional rooms, arched sky-lighted ceilings, and hot tubs are among the amenities. Although the springs and spa are open to day visitors ($40), "guests first" is the guiding principle and keeps things from ever feeling overrun. If the place looks familiar, it served as the host hotel for ABC's The Bachelor.
