Fodor's Review:
Occupying an old wooden home a block north of the Parque Central, the Hotel Ceos has basic accommodations for travelers on a tight budget. Historic photos decorate the ground floor, and the rooms are painted in pastels, but are small and time-worn. The large balcony on the second floor, furnished with a sofa and chairs, is perfect for shooting the breeze with a beer. The downstairs soda serves inexpensive breakfasts and light meals.
