Fodor's Review:
As befits the name of the place, each of the eight suites here contains its own whirlpool tub. What's atypical of Puerto Viejo is the use of Japanese styling in each large unit, with statuary, fabric, and local woods used throughout, as well a four-poster king-size bed and air-conditioning. (You'll find four well-apportioned rooms here too.) The suites bear names such as "Shogun," "Samurai," and "Geisha."
