Pineapples don't get the same attention in world circles as Costa Rican coffee and bananas, but the AgriTour Pineapple Tour, affiliated with Del Monte Foods, can acquaint you with the life and times of the country's lesser-known crop, from cultivation to drying and packing at a farm just east of town.
