Cabinas Sol y Mar Review

As the name implies, Cabinas Sol y Mar has plenty of sun and sea, as well as a beach fringed by coconut palms and peach-colored wooden cabinas with porches where you can take in the spectacular views of the Osa Peninsula. Each breezy, roomy cabina has high ceilings, lots of cooling fans, and can sleep four. Two of the sunny bathrooms feature pebble-lined showers. There's also an economy cabin for two and a three-story house. The alfresco restaurant serves the town's heartiest meals and the tastiest brownies. The popular U-shaped bar is an easy place to meet new friends, including Lorie and Rick, the friendly Canadian-American owners. A well-stocked gift shop sells colorful sarongs and clothing from Thailand.
