Go horseback riding to waterfalls and swimming holes. Steal into the night with infrared flashlights to scout out frogs and other fascinating, nocturnal creepy-crawlies. Enjoy kayaking in a calm gulf where dolphins play. Rappel down a waterfall, climb inside a hollow tree, or zip-line through the trees.
