Fodor's Review:
The Panchoy sits behind a gate in an odd complex of three separate hotels. It's the bright yellow one, and the only one of the three we recommend. Carpeted rooms are simply furnished with beds, tables, tile floors, and a private patio or balcony. The hotel is entirely nonsmoking. Pro: good budget value. Cons: Spartan furnishings, several blocks from city center.
