Fodor's Review:
Plan on hearing as much English spoken as Spanish at this long-standing hangout for American expats opened by an Oregon native. Expect comfort food like hamburgers, mashed potatoes, and chili, as well as diner-style breakfasts of eggs, bacon, and hash browns. In the 2nd-floor bar you can play a game of backgammon or watch soccer on cable TV.
