Pirate Islands Divers (La Ceiba. 441-9399 or 3323-1280. www.pirateislandsdivers.com). The only PADI dive shop in the area arranges excursions from Sambo Creek to the Cayos Cochinos, a string of two islands and 13 cays whose reefs attract pros from Roatán and Utila in the Bay Islands. Instructor Tony Marquez offers several package types: two-tank dives with lunch; snorkeling with lunch; and three-day diving packages with courses, lodging, and meals.
