A walk-in aviary with rescued toucans adds a splash of life to the tranquil compound.The savory smokehouse lunch and dinner menu is a pleasant surprise of southern U.S. classics. Settle into a seat on the waterfront gazebo and sample the Memphis-style pulled pork, the flavorful Nawlin's gumbo, or the hickory-smoked wahoo served with blue cheese and bacon. The wine rack is always stocked with fine South American bottles.
