El Boleo Review
Be sure to stop by this small shop where fresh breads tempt customers weekday mornings at 10 am. The name, El Boleo, is taken from the French mining company that moved into town to exploit the mineral riches of the land here in the late 1800s. Try the pitahaya, an unexpected and very tasty combination of a sort of sugar cookie and bread roll in one. You won't find it anywhere else.
