Right next to the Zona Hotelera's main hub of shops and clubs, this hotel still manages to feel secluded because it is set back from Boulevard Kukulcán. Rooms are done up in bright tropical colors with rattan furniture and views of the lagoon; the quietest are 13, 14, and 15. Suites have fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, and pull-out couches (two-bedroom suites actually consist of a one-bedroom suite and a standard room). Although there's no beach, there's a pretty pool with a large deck, which is set amid lush gardens; there's also a children's play area with a trampoline. A nice detail is the red path that winds through the manicured grounds, as it makes for a nice walk while taking in the views of the lagoon. There are also free laundry facilities here.
