Fodor's Review:
Located on a quiet residential street that skirts the edge of Laguna Nichupté, this budget hotel features plain, spacious rooms (all with kitchenettes) and a decent-size pool. Its lagoon-side, open-air restaurant is named after the Belgian chef, Oliver, who cooks up different specials every night, ranging from baked mussels to tuna steak.
