Located 5 km (3 mi) down the road from the Zona Hotelera's main hub of bars and clubs, this small hotel is best for people who want to avoid Cancún's famous party environment. Mainly frequented by Europeans and Canadians, this quiet, low-level hotel is built around a courtyard that has a small pool, towering trees, and the occasional stray cat wandering about. The rooms are spacious, but there are only half-size closets and the bathrooms are tiny. Some have dining areas with a table and sink, but don't plan on preparing any snacks here, as outside food is not allowed in the rooms. Also, the stretch of beach here is quite small and located next to a marina, so we recommend visiting the closest public playa, Las Perlas, which is located about a half-mile away.
