A stairway leads directly to the upscale Galería Tabasco, but other than that, this hotel is all work and no play. It's set up for conferences, so the sleek lines of the lobby are often obscured by people fiddling with their BlackBerrys. The restaurant, with floor-to-ceiling windows shaded with bamboo, is filled with executives.
