Forum Shops Review
Forum Shops is a flashy marble-and-glass mall with jewels glistening in glass cases and an overabundance of eager sales clerks. Diamonds International and Tanzanite International have shops in the Forum and all over Avenida Rafael E. Melgar, as does Roger's Boots, a leather store. Should you be in the market for expensive cigars, there's a Havana Blue bar upstairs. Note: you will pay top dollar for all purchases.
