Playa San Juan
Playa San Juan Review
Playa San Juan, south of Playa Santa Pilar, has a rocky shore with no easy ocean access. You can park on the roadside just south of the fence surrounding the ruins of the Sol Cabañas del Caribe hotel, which was destroyed by Hurricane Wilma. The winds can be strong here, so it's popular with kiteboarders. Amenities: none. Best For: solitude; snorkeling; windsurfing.
