Fodor's Review:
Out in the open air and beneath a bright-blue awning, this restaurant specializes in fresh pescado -- usually red snapper or an equally mild fish -- grilled with garlic or butter, in classic tomato sauce, breaded, or stuffed with seafood and cheese. The pescado sarandeado (Jalisco-style whole barbecued fish stuffed with vegetables) is worth the 30-minute wait. Go with the homemade flan for dessert.
