Out in the open air and beneath a bright-blue awning, this restaurant on the outskirts of Zapopan specializes in fresh pescado—usually red snapper, sea bass, or another equally mild fish—grilled with garlic or butter, in classic tomato sauce, breaded, or stuffed with seafood and cheese. The pescado sarandeado (whole barbecued fish stuffed with vegetables) is worth the 30-minute wait. Go with the homemade flan for dessert.
