It's quite soothing to sit in this restaurant, in the Cabo Surf Hotel, at the ocean's edge, smelling the sea breezes. Stop off after your morning surf session to munch on machaca con huevos (eggs scrambled with shredded beef) washed down with a fresh-fruit smoothie; grab some fish tacos after a hearty surf workout, or drop in to watch the sunset and dine on blue crab tostadas and tri-color shrimp ravioli. Your entertainment is simple: a wonderful view that never stops changing.
