This cherished Zona Rosa lunch spot is one of the capital's classics. The partially covered hacienda-style courtyard at the back, set off by an ivy-laden wall, is a midday magnet for executives and tourists. A veritable army of waiters scurries back and forth serving such tried-and-true favorites as filete chemita (broiled steak with mashed potatoes).

The location is a very old house, with a nice terrace for the sunny days and smokers. Food is old fashioned mexican, with a good quality and almost home flavor. Most of the customers are above 50 years old, since is a staple of mexican restaurants from a long time ago.
