Fodor's Review:
Lesbian-owned, lovingly run Apaches is Vallarta's original martini bar. The single row of sidewalk tables fills up soon after the 5 PM opening, as that's the start of the two-hour happy hour. Popular with straights, lesbians, and gay men warming up for later-evening activities, the narrow bar has added an equally slender adjoining bistro serving bar food and snacks.
