Chefs Eugene of Singapore and Amandine, a Belgian-Mexican, collaborate to create beautiful food focusing on seafood and chicken; the varied and excellent appetizers and desserts are especially recommended. The dishes blend Asian, Mediterranean, and haute Mexican cuisine in simple yet successful dishes. The setting itself is romantic and sophisticated. Tiny white lights and soft music accompany individual tables down the side of a hill to a vine-drenched trellis at the bottom. There's usually a guitarist serenading during Friday dinner; the restaurant is open for lunch as well.
