Hotel Swan's Cay Review

This two-story wooden complex behind the Palacio Municipal fits into Bocas well enough, but inside the lobby it feels like Old Europe. The rambling hotel has its selling points, mainly the oceanfront pool, one block behind the hotel, with a small bar beside it. Rooms, with wall-to-wall carpeting, imported furniture, and cable TV, are a mixed bag: some are bright, some are dark, but all are undergoing a much-appreciated facelift at this writing. Be sure to request a room with a balcony. A large restaurant serves good pastas and pizzas.
