Despite a name that evokes a French castle, this is actually just a basic motel. Clean rooms, a location at the entrance to the Napa Valley, a neighboring restaurant, and free stays for children under age 12 are conveniences that make up for the rooms' lack of charm. Spacious conference facilities mean it's a popular place for business travelers.

This place was absolutely squalid. The room was not clean - AC broken, broken window locks, no elevators, no staff in evidence, no security from the outside, dank hallways. It was rundown and horrible. Parking was overcrowded. You'd do much better to choose one of the nearby chains.
