Fodor's Review:
The rates may be modest, but the style here is grand. This hotel resembles a stone-clad chateau -- and though it feels very "French countryside," it's actually close to the I-405. Inside you'll find high ceilings, oil paintings, and formal furniture: in short, not the typical casual beachy look. The kitchen facilities in the guest rooms are a thoughtful plus. A free shuttle runs within a 3-mi area.
