Fodor's Review:
An artistic concept follows from the rococo-modern arcades, where local artists set up their easels, through to the menu, which allows you to pick appetizers as if you were selecting paints from a palette of chips, dips, breads, and spreads. House specials include frittatas, crab cakes, picadillo empanadas (pastries stuffed with spicy ground beef and served with cilantro sour cream), and chicken and shrimp orzo paella, all to be enjoyed with some of the best sangria in the city.
