B-Line Diner

$$-$$$, American, International Drive Area

User Rating: ** 1.8

Fodor's Review:

As you might expect from its location in the Peabody Hotel, this slick, 1950s-style diner with red-vinyl counter seats is not exactly cheap, but the salads, sandwiches, and griddle foods are tops. The greatest combo ever -- a thick, juicy burger served with fries and a wonderful milk shake -- is done beautifully. You can also get southern favorites like crispy fried red snapper or hickory-smoked chicken, both with sides like white beans or collard greens. Desserts range from hazelnut-orange cake to coconut cream pie to banana splits. It's open 24 hours.

Can't park, mediocre food, go somewhere else

The hotel is currently under construction and it is a nightmare to park near the restaurant. There are plenty of better choices nearby, so move on.
