Fodor's Review:
You may have a branch of this prolific chain in your hometown, and the popular Orlando locations deliver a known quantity -- good but not great Italian cuisine. It's friendly, it's casual, and it's comfortable. The scaloppine, made with chicken instead of the traditional veal, is topped with artichokes and capers and served with angel-hair pasta. Mama's Trio includes lasagna, chicken cannelloni, and chicken parmigiana. If you're health-conscious, you can subsitutute whole-wheat pasta for regular in most dishes. House wines are brought to the table in gallon bottles -- you serve yourself and then report how many glasses you've had. Your kids can pass the time doodling with crayons on the white-paper table covering.
