Gardens / Arboretums, Midtown

User Rating: ***** 4.9

Fodor's Review:

Occupying 30 acres inside Piedmont Park, the grounds contain acres of display gardens, including a 2-acre interactive children's garden; a hardwood forest with walking trails; the Fuqua Conservatory, which has unusual and threatened flora from tropical and desert climates; and the award-winning Fuqua Orchid Center, with a spectacular collection of tropical and high-elevation orchids. A variety of special exhibits take place throughout the year.

A Great Place to Pass Time

This is a beautiful garden that is a wonderful place to spend a few hours on a nice day. The only complaint I have is admission isn't very cheap ($12).

This garden is just beautiful and has a lot to offer people of all ages. Our two year old loved the kids area and we loved it all! The cafe is nice with good food at reasonable prices.
