This ultrachic property makes good on its promise to pamper business travelers. Its sage, blue, and cream "living room" is highlighted by candlestick chandeliers covered with glass domes. Guest rooms are sweepingly large and have all the comforts of home -- assuming your home is a dazzling showcase furnished with impeccable taste. In your room you'll find a plush robe and a coffeemaker complete with the hotel's own brand of specialty coffee.

A botched check in and a check out on the day we were attending the wedding we went to Atlanta for. Apparently the staff are unable to comprehend or process an early check in. Dirty/broken room furniture. Terrible house keeping. Broken ac. Exposed hanging nuts and bolts on walls where I assume something was previously hanging. Room service was served on a tray and I sat on the floor next to the coffee table to eat, now I know why the furniture is stained. Signature rain shower rained on everything including the ceiling but not us. The signature tub needed to be cleaned and/or replaced. The windows were so dirty we couldn't see out of them and the curtains were hanging off the hooks. Check your bill people. We had originally booked with a buy two get one free and they charged us the full rate for every night, however, I did clear up the billing problem after 4 trips to the front desk, lots of eye rolls and irritated staff. I rated the service as 1 which is poor with the exception of the luggage/shuttle service guy and the restaurant/bar staff which were a 5 -excellent. I think this was the worst hotel stay of my life. The worst. EVER. Don't go if you don't have to.
