Thin, crisp, hand-tossed pies sold in 9-inch personal sizes; cannoli shipped over from Little Italy and filled to order; and even -- incongruously -- Philly cheesesteaks make this an expat's paradise. Stop on the way back to the hotel from snorkeling at Hanauma Bay.
