Francesca's on Taylor. Among the molto, molto Italianos on the block, Francesca's one-ups 'em with good cooking and a modern menu. You might find ravioli stuffed with spinach and a four-cheese sauce or tilapia with fresh oregano and roasted potatoes, and you won't break the bank. Early birds flock here before heading to the United Center for a Bulls game, Blackhawks game, or special event.
