Fodor's Review:
Beantown Pub, right on the Freedom Trail, is the only pub in Boston where you can enjoy a Sam Adams lager while overlooking the grave of Adams himself. It's a great place to watch the game or get a snapshot of the throngs of tourists, professionals, and students going by. The menu -- also available late-night -- includes burgers, sandwiches, and other traditional pub fare.
