Fodor's Review:
21st Amendment, named after the amendment that ended Prohibition, is a convivial pub across from the State House that draws state legislators and lobbyists as well as neighborhood regulars. They all trade gossip (and favors) at notched wooden tables over beer and barbecue chicken salad.
