$$$, Seafood, Kenmore Square
Fodor's Review:
The dining experience you have at this house of modern seafood all depends on where you sit. Settle in at the casual "island" in the cavernous front room and you'll tuck into tiny plates such as slivered scallops over chickpea puree while watching as a sous-chef displays his finest knife skills. Grab a table by the sweeping staircase and tall windows, and expect remade New England specialties such as clam chowder teeming with nearly whole clams. Or head into the more-formal dining room to sup on a multicourse dinner of modern fish dishes.
