$$-$$$, American, Plymouth
Fodor's Review:
A boisterous locals' favorite with subtle nautical decorations (oars, half-model ships), the East Bay looks natty enough for a special occasion but works as a casual family option, too. You'll find a menu here that suits many tastes and budgets, from mammoth lobster rolls and juicy burgers to more substantial fare, such as Chilean sea bass topped with tropical-fruit salsa, and charbroiled steak tips. Also note the several fine salads and the tasty steamed mussels appetizer. There's a popular Sunday brunch, and a pianist performs many evenings.
