¢-$$, Penn's Landing
Fodor's Review:
The reasonable price is the main attraction at this 10-story hotel. Tucked among several busy streets, the location has more noise than charm -- but if you have a room on an upper floor facing the river, you can enjoy a good view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge lighted up at night. A bar helps enliven the small, nondescript lobby. The courtesy van service to Center City is a nice plus.
