At this café tucked in the back of Millennium Music, the food is as fresh as that sold at the farmers' market in nearby Marion Square. Each day there are five new soups -- if you're lucky, one of them will be pureed eggplant. A favorite is the spinach salad with grilled polenta croutons, fresh mozzerella, and toasted almonds. The mix-and-match lunch options are ideal, particularly for small appetites. For $7.50 you can choose a cup of soup or a small salad and half a sandwich. Everything is super healthful (if you can forgo the sinful desserts).
