Calvin's Bistro Review
Seafood—whether in the form of a wild salmon fillet, baby-shrimp linguine, or good old halibut-and-chips—tops the menu at this comfortable marina-view bistro in Ganges. Locals also flock here for such Thai dishes as coconut prawns and spring rolls. A long list of lunchtime sandwiches and burgers includes local lamb, wild salmon, and even Wiener schnitzel.
