Canada's oldest licensed brewpub, Spinnakers relies almost exclusively on locally sourced ingredients for its top-notch casual fare. Opt for the pubby adults-only taproom, with its covered waterfront deck, double-sided fireplace, and wood-beamed ceilings, or dine in the all-ages waterfront restaurant. Either way you can enjoy such high-end pub grub as mussels steamed in ale, shiitake mushroom and roasted garlic fettuccine, or fish-and-chips with thick-cut fries. You can also sample the house-made fare in the take-away deli and bakery.
