Fodor's Review:
Dalhousie University rents their no-frills rooms from May through August: singles are $35 and two-bedroom apartments are $68. Most have shared baths and a buffet breakfast is available at a minimal charge. You'll have access to the Dalplex athletic facility nearby; ask for a schedule with pool times, court times, and classes.
