Built low to match the neighboring historic ironstone buildings, this waterfront hotel varies in appearance from others in the chain and its convenient location in the Historic Properties area contributes to its elegance. Rooms are fairly spacious; all have desks and sitting areas. A five-minute stroll through a walkway takes you to Halifax's only casino.
