When a young man from Montréal's Italian community meets someone he thinks he might get serious about, this is where he often takes her. The stucco walls and dark-wood trim give the place a little class, and the food is a lot like Mama's -- veal stew, for example, and veal tripe with beans and tomato sauce. And if you're feeling really hungry, there's a three-pasta dish that could feed a family of four.

I have been going to Tre Marie since I was a little girl and I still go for every special occasion. The food is extrordinary, the service is delightful, and the decor is very appealing. Try one of their fresh pastas the are exqusite!
