Inn on the Cove & Spa Review
With its back lawn terraced down to the ocean, this inn near Irving Nature Park has as much character as its owners, who used to tape their delightful cooking show in the kitchen. Bedrooms are furnished with local antiques, and several have balconies overlooking the ocean. A three-course dinner ($$$$; reservations essential) is served in a dining room with a view of the Bay of Fundy. Guests and nonguests can, with reservations, get treatments at the spa.
