Domaine de Grand Pré Review

With award-winning vintages and sigh-inducing Fundy views, Domaine de Grand Pré will fulfill any oenophile's grape expectations. Vineyard tours and tastings are offered three times daily, May through October. They take about 45 minutes, but you'll likely want to linger on this picturesque 10-acre property, so plan to have a meal at Le Caveau Restaurant ($$$), sip a glass of wine under the pergola, or choose a bottle to take home from the on-site shop.

    Domaine de Grand Pré Review

So the terroir makes the wine - well in this case the grounds are nicer then what comes out of the bottle. I'm glad we sped through the tasting and got back in the car, instead of the orig. idea of enjoying a glass in their pergola. And I thought I never met an icewine I didn't want a second sip of.
