Parrsboro Mansion Inn Review
Although this 1880 home, set far back on a 4-acre lawn, presents an imposing face, it's bright and modern inside. Each room is decorated according to its own theme. The quiet ground-floor guest rooms are spacious, with big windows and sitting areas; the upstairs suite has slanted ceilings, wood floors and walls, an extra sofa bed, and is the only air-conditioned room. Breakfast is buffet-style with options like local berries and smoked salmon. The owners have also built a pair of fully equipped oceanfront cottages about 8 km (5 mi) away for which they charge C$1050-C$1500 per week.
